Frank William Abagnale Jr. is an American security consultant. He is famous for his career as a con man, check forger, and impostor when he was 15 to 21 years old.
Abagnale became one of the most notorious impostors, claiming to have assumed no fewer than eight identities during his life.
He assumed an identity of an airline pilot, a physician, a US Bureau of Prisoners agent, and a lawyer. His story inspired the Academy-Award nominated movie, Catch Me If You Can.
Frank managed to escape from police custody twice before turning 22 years old. He served five years in prison, and then started to work for the federal government. This documentary gives you a different view on his story than the one in Catch Me If You Can.
