A man with a passion for books seeks to create the largest library between Vienna and Istanbul – using only donations. Viktor Lazić has already collected one million books, which he is currently storing in an air raid shelter.
Despite cultural institutions largely ignoring him, word of Lazić’s mission has spread, with more and more people wanting to donate their deceased relative’s book collections to the cause. His assistants are all dedicated book fans, but not everyone thinks that the library project is a good idea.
