The 2012-2013 Miami Heat is one of the best teams in the history of the league. They finished with 66-16 record, the best during Lebron James tenure with the Heat.
The team came into the season as the defending NBA champion, and managed win back-to-back titles. Not many teams can say they won two titles in a row.
During the season, they went onto a 27-game winning streak, which was the second longest winning streak in NBA history. The big three of James, Wade, and Bosh made the All-Star Game.
Lebron won his fourth MVP award, and he was one vote shy of winning the award unanimously. Because of the dominant regular and postseason performance, as well as James individual achievements, this team is regarded as one of the best in NBA history.
In the Finals, they beat the San Antonio Spurs in seven games.
