Our body is made out of skeletal, and muscular system. These are the two systems that help us move. The muscular system, in particular, is made up of more than 600 muscles.
What are the main functions of the muscular system? How does the system work? We often hear athletes and nutritionists talk about building muscle. But how does that work?
What are the major properties of the muscular systems? Do you know there are different types of muscle movement? Not every muscle moves and works the same. Some muscles move differently within the muscular system.
