The London Hammer is a name given to a hammer made of iron and wood. It was found in London, Texas, in 1936.
The hammer was found by Max Hahn and his wife while they were out walking. But it wasn’t until 1983 that the hammer attracted worldwide attention.
In 1983, creationist Carl Baugh bought it. He claimed the artifact was a monumental pre-Flood discovery. The rock in which the tool was trapped is believed to be more than 400 million years old.
