Furuta was only 17 years, a student, that was abducted from her family. She survived 44 days of torture. Several men kidnapped her, and raped her more than 500 times during those 44 days. They kept her in a house of one of their parents.
After a while, the body of the girl was found in a barrel filled with concrete. In addition to raping her, the men forced her to drink her own urine and eat bugs. They gave her no food.
Before they killed her, Junko begged her devils to kill her. But they decided to play with her. They proposed a game, and if she wins, she will be free. She won the game, but instead of freedom, they tied her up for her legs, and used her as a punching bag. She fell into a shock, and died the next day.
When she was found, the autopsy found cigarettes, broken glass, and fireworks inside her vagina. Her killers were found and arrested, but their identity was never revealed because of safety concerns.
