Sushi is the most popular Japanese dish. Essentially, sushi is a dish of prepared vinegared rice, usually with sugar and salt, accompanied by a variety of ingredients, be it seafood, vegetables, or tropical fruits.
You are probably thinking, there is nothing complicated about eating sushi. You just get it, and put it in your mouth. Wrong. Some of you are eating sushi the wrong way, and it is ruining the taste and flavor of the popular dish.
In this documentary, Japanese chefs suggest how to eat sushi the right way. It is okay to use your fingers to eat cut sushi rolls. But you should never combine ginger and sushi, or ginger and soy sauce.
