Gypsy Child Thieves

The Romanian Gypsies is becoming a huge problem to the European community. Children are being forced to beg and steal from innocent people in order to buy drugs or just to live. To understand what is happening to these children Romanian film-maker Liviu Tipurita begins a journey through Europe which takes him inside the closed world of the Gypsy community, and talks to the authorities and institutions meant to be dealing with this disturbing phenomenon.
