Paul Joseph Goebbels was a German Nazi politician who was the Gauleiter of Berlin, chief propagandist for the Nazi Party, and then Reich Minister of Propaganda from 1933 to 1945.
As a minister of Propaganda, Joseph wrote the speech which Hitler delivered on the sixth anniversary of his seizure of power in 1939. Nowadays, it known as the Reichstag speech, and lasted for two and a half hours.
