Dunlop is a brand of tires owned by various companies around the world. The company was founded by pneumatic tire pioneer John Boyd Dunlop in Birmingham, England in 1889.
Back then, John changed the world with a single invention. After watching his son’s rough ride on solid rubber bicycle tires in 1888, Dr. John Dunlop creates the first inflatable tire from supplies in his surgery office.
And with that, he completely changed the world we live in today. Nowadays, we have moved forward, as airless tires are the new trend among tire companies.
