The main cooking pot is a wok pot, with the staple foods including rice, noodles, vegetables, seasonings and sauces. There are eight culinary cuisines of China, and those are Anhui, Cantonese, Fujian, Hunan, Jiangsu, Shandong, Sichuan and Zhejiang.
